Background of the Application

Recently, standard screw manufacturers have also actively introduced intelligent measurement. But there are two problems needed to be overcome. One is the large number of scripts needed to pre-programed and the other is that the unclean screws will affect the precision and repeatability of pitch diameter measurement.

TIMI-series 30A / 40A image measuring machine is equipped with Plug-In software of "Automatic Conversion of Standard Screw Measurement Script". This function can automatically generate a new measurement script only by setting a basic script. It is easy to create new scripts one by one through conversion.
In addition, the pitch diameter of unclean screws can be automatically measured during the process.
