Automatic Thread Pitch Diameter Measurement
TIMI automatically measures thread dimensions, including outer and pitch diameters, with a measurement uncertainty of less than ±0.01mm, all within 1 second.

Automatic Mechanical Thread Pitch Diameter Measurement
The TIMI system automates the measurement of mechanical thread dimensions, including outer diameter, inner diameter, pitch diameter, pitch , thread angle and helix angle. This dynamic rotational measurement ensures that the results are consistent, accurate, and less prone to human error, with uncertainties also below ±0.01mm.
