It has high precision, speed, and multifunctional inspection performance suitable for on-site inspection. The TIMI measuring system establishes measuring scripts for full-size automatic measurement, taking about 20 seconds to measure a shaft component with 20 inspection dimensions. It integrates with machine tools and robotic arms, providing feedback on non-compliant sizes for machine parameter correction and realizing intelligent manufacturing of shaft components.
