Background of the Application
According to the requirements of PPAP, the inspection standards for auto fasteners are strict more and more than before. The main measurement items for auto parts are the first thread, mechanical thread, head size and fillet R. In order to measure all dimensions, there are at least three kinds of traditional measuring tools are required.

With a pre-programmed script, TIMI-series measuring machine can continuously measure the first thread, mechanical thread, head size, fillet R ,and other physical dimensions.
