21 Apr, 2022The TIMI image measuring instrument measures various sizes of shaft components with micrometer accuracy and automatically measures all dimensions, including geometric dimensions and tolerances. It has high precision, speed, and multifunctional inspection performance suitable for on-site inspection. The TIMI measuring system establishes measuring scripts for full-size automatic measurement, taking about 20 seconds to measure a shaft component with 20 inspection dimensions. It integrates with machine tools and robotic arms, providing feedback on non-compliant sizes for machine parameter correction and realizing intelligent manufacturing of shaft components.
